Welcome to this new 'Create A Meditation Practise' programme! Are you looking to find some peace and find your zen? I have been a regular meditator for over 8 years now and I can tell you that it is extremely beneficial for all of the above! This 6 week program is geared towards those seeking to create a meditation practise in their lives. Meditation can help us to create balance and peace while also promoting good health. Meditation has gained a reputation for being difficult and so people tend to throw in the towel early on. This happens primarily because it is difficult to know whether you are doing it correctly and how to adapt your style if the current method is not working out for you. Each weekly session will be around 20 minutes in duration, to check in on your progress and address any difficulties you may be having and how to overcome them. This program is to help people to create a sustainable practise through weekly guidance and encouragement so that you are able to experience the true benefits of a consistent meditation practise.
